A career shaped by connection.
I’m Tudor-Alexandru Panait. My work combines technology leadership, technical learning, entrepreneurship and public communication. I enjoy understanding how systems work; I’m most interested in what that understanding makes possible for people.
At Pickado, I lead technology strategy and work across internal platforms, infrastructure, documentation and AI-assisted workflows. Before and alongside that role, I delivered technical learning for Lenovo programmes through Pickado, working with international engineers and subject-matter experts.
Through Feather, which I co-founded in 2020, I have worked across client discovery, proposals, negotiation and delivery. The venture continues through selected projects. Earlier student-representation roles taught me to listen, negotiate and communicate in public settings.

I want to bring more of this experience into customer-facing AI solutions, adoption, consulting and technical enablement. I’m drawn to work that includes discovery conversations, demonstrations, workshops and practical decisions with people across disciplines.
